Between her esteemed roles at various companies and her intentional certification and educational journeys, Sharon has curated a resume that equips her to coach the most seasoned executive and emerging leaders through their respective transitions. Sharon offers her clients real-time experience and empathy. While obtaining her many, noteworthy, coaching certificates, Sharon was able to leverage her new knowledge and apply coaching tools in her job, benefiting and growing her department. Thus, she was hired as an internal coach to coach junior-to-mid-level HR leaders and senior business leaders, and from there expanded her coaching practice.
