Before her vibrant coaching career, Sharon’s professional journey afforded her experience in many major business sectors including leadership, HR, technology, and management. Between her esteemed roles at various companies and her intentional certification and educational journeys, Sharon has curated a resume that equips her to coach the most seasoned executive and emerging leaders through their respective transitions. Sharon currently holds the position of Regional HR Director responsible for Asia Pacific in a global healthcare logistic company. Subsequently, Sharon offers her clients real-time experience and empathy. While obtaining her many, noteworthy, coaching certificates, Sharon was able to leverage her new knowledge and apply coaching tools in her job, benefiting and growing her department. Thus, she was hired as an internal coach to coach junior-to-mid-level HR leaders and senior business leaders, and from there expanded her coaching practice. Through this experience, Sharon has learned, first-hand, the powerful influence of a seasoned coach. Since her first client, Sharon has been expertly listening to ambitious leaders as well as advising them on how to bolster delegation, develop connection with team members, give constructive feedback and sustainably improve performance significantly.
